In my previous role, I ensured a seamless candidate experience by greeting all onsite candidates and managing clear, timely communication throughout the interview process. I improved our recruiting operations by creating detailed candidate itineraries and confirmation emails, helping candidates arrive well-prepared and informed. I contributed to sourcing efforts, reviewed resumes, and regularly posted open roles — even introducing a reworked, more effective job description template. I also coordinated candidate travel and collaborated closely with recruiters to schedule high-level, confidential interviews for VP+ roles, helping streamline the process and increase hires by over four candidates per month.
In my current position, I focus on broader HR and People Operations across a network of incubated and portfolio companies throughout the U.S. I run payroll, manage onboarding documentation, process employee changes, and handle a wide range of administrative HR tasks that support employees from hire to offboarding. In addition to these responsibilities, I continue to take on recruiting initiatives — from drafting offer letters and facilitating interview coordination to supporting leadership with hiring needs across multiple entities.
