In my role, I ensured a seamless candidate experience by greeting all onsite candidates and managing clear, timely communication throughout the interview process. I continuously improved our recruiting operations by creating detailed candidate itineraries and confirmation emails, helping candidates arrive well-prepared and informed. I contributed to sourcing efforts, reviewed resumes, and regularly posted open roles, and even introducing a reworked, more effective job description template. Additionally, I coordinated travel for candidates and collaborated closely with recruiters to schedule high-level, confidential interviews for VP+ roles. These efforts helped streamline our process and directly contributed to increasing hires by over four candidates per month.
